Mmmm mmmm! Tonight I made a dinner that actually turned out GOOD. I love the feeling of sweet success!
I made Chipotle Pork Tacos from one of my favorite food sites, Our Best Bites. Check them out, you won't be disappointed you did. Click the link HERE to see the recipe. I pretty much followed it word for word, including buying the same tortillas that were suggested. I am lame and could not get a picture of the finished product to post, but here is a picture after the hubs and I destroyed our dinner... a testament to it's deliciousness! Yummm.
